The Tampa Bay Times Forum has a no re-entry policy. For emergencies and special exceptions, please visit Guest Services located across from Section 101.

Our organization is committed to doing everything we can to reduce our environmental footprint and to encourage our fans to do the same in their homes. Together we will make a difference in the environment for today and tomorrow. Please ask any Tampa Bay Times Forum staff member where you can recycle your plastic bottles, aluminum cans, programs, etc.

All service animals are permitted in the Tampa Bay Times Forum.
Smoking is not permitted inside the Tampa Bay Times Forum. Guests on the 100 and 300 Levels may use the smoking area on the plaza by taking the SW stair tower located across from Sections 328 and 126 down to level 2 and going outside. Guests on the Club Level may use the East Club Deck outside Section 212.
There are many secondary market options for reselling tickets to Tampa Bay Times events. Ticketmaster team exchange is the preferred ticket resale service of the Tampa Bay Times Forum.
Ticket Sales Information Booths
Tickets sales information booths are located behind Section 101 on the Promenade Level and behind Section 328 on the Terrace Level. Come to any one of these booth locations to speak with a sales representative.
Florida Law prohibits the reselling of tickets on Tampa Bay Times Forum property.
The Tampa Bay Times Forum uses bar code scanning for ticket admissions. As a result, guests should purchase tickets from a Tampa Bay Times Forum licensed ticket seller, such as the McDonald’s Ticket Office, TampaBayLightning.com, all Ticketmaster retail locations, Ticketmaster by phone and Ticketmaster.com. Otherwise, you may be purchasing a ticket that is invalid and will be denied admission.
Ticketmaster Exchange Policy
No refunds or exchanges unless a Tampa Bay Times Forum event is postponed or canceled. If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, please contact Ticketmaster’s customer service line at 800.653.8000.
Purchases through Ticketmaster.com, Ticketmaster phone or Ticketmaster retail outlets are subject to a Ticketmaster facility and convenience fee.
Your ticket stub is proof that you are in possession of a valid ticket for the event you are attending. You may be asked to present your ticket stub to verify your seat location. In the event you lose your ticket stub, the ticket office may or may not be able to replace it.
Umbrellas are permitted in the Tampa Bay Times Forum. They need to be closed and placed under your seat.
Video and Audio Equipment Policy
Video and audio recording equipment is not permitted in the Tampa Bay Times Forum unless otherwise stated for a specific event.
No weapons of any kind are permitted in the Tampa Bay Times Forum. Licensed law enforcement officials attending the event as a guest are prohibited from carrying weapons.
