Come one, Come all...to watch the Ringling Bros. pachyderms and menagerie of animals parade through Downtown Tampa on Saturday, December 29th!  The parade will now start at 1:30 PM at Union Station, traveling down Morgan Street, across the Timess Forum plaza and ends at the West Lot of the Tampa Bay Times Forum.
